See and reschedule assessments from the mobile app
Scheduled assessments now show on your mobile calendar, and you can reschedule one from your phone without going back to the office.
An assessment is a quick visit to size up a job before you quote it. Until now, the assessments you scheduled only appeared on the web calendar. Now they are on mobile too.
What changed
Scheduled assessments show on the Calendar tab in the mobile app, under a Scheduled Assessments heading, with the client, property, time, and assigned crew. Tap one to open its details, then use Reschedule Assessment to move it to a new day, time, or crew. Because the time changed, the client is asked to confirm the new time, and their reminders reset to match.
Why it matters
Plans shift in the field. Your crew can now see exactly which assessments are booked and shuffle them on the go, instead of waiting until someone is back at a computer.
