Send quotes, invoices, and reminders in your client's language
Set a preferred language on any client and FreshFSM sends their emails, text reminders, PDFs, and Client Hub in that language automatically.
If some of your customers speak French or Spanish, they should hear from you in their language. Now they can. Give any client a preferred language and the messages FreshFSM sends on your behalf go out in that language, with no extra steps from you.
What changed
Open a client and set their Preferred language, on the web or in the mobile app. From then on, the built-in quote and invoice emails, payment and visit reminders, and text messages all go out in their language. Quote and invoice PDFs print their labels in that language too, and the Client Hub opens in it the moment your client signs in. If you collect card payments, their Stripe receipts match as well. Leave a client on the company default and nothing changes.
