Run crew calls from your phone

Crew calls let you post an upcoming shift to your field team, gather who is available, and confirm who works it. Until now you needed the web dashboard to run one. Now it is in the mobile app too.

What changed

From your phone, you can create a crew call, choose who it goes to (all active crew, by tags, or hand-picked), and send it out by email and text. Responses come in live as crew tap "Available" or "Can't Make It," and you can confirm the people you want, add more crew, or close the call once it is filled. You also see delivery status for each person, so you know the message landed.

Crew have always been able to respond from the Calls tab on their phone. Now the people organizing the work can run the whole thing from theirs.

Good to know

Creating, sending, confirming, and closing all work on mobile. To edit a call's core details after it is sent, like the time or meeting point, use the web dashboard for now.
