Your crew can update a property's note even with no signal. The new text shows right away and syncs when the connection returns.
Property notes hold the local knowledge that belongs to an address: the gate code, where to park, the dog in the back yard. Now your crew can update them from the mobile app even with no signal.
What changed
You can edit a property's note whether you are online or not. The moment you save, the new text appears on the property and on the visit screen, so the next person there sees it right away. Out of range? Your edit is held on your phone and syncs on its own as soon as you are back online. A "Pending sync" marker sits next to the note until it catches up.
When it applies
Online, edits save right away and the note records who changed it and when, with a full history you can restore from. Offline, your edit waits on your phone and syncs the moment the connection returns, with nothing to remember and nothing to re-enter.
