What changed
You can start a visit and complete a visit with no connection at all. The screen updates right away and your work is saved on your phone, then syncs automatically as soon as you are back online. There is nothing to remember and nothing to re-enter. Tapped by mistake? You can cancel a start or undo a completion offline too.
Start and completion times and locations are captured the moment you tap, not when the sync happens, so your records reflect when the work actually took place. Photos you add at completion upload on their own once you reconnect.
When it applies
Your route and visit details for today and tomorrow are saved for offline viewing, so you can still open a visit and see the address, property notes, and tasks while out of range. Any visit with work waiting to upload shows a "Pending sync" marker until it catches up.
