Property notes your crew sees on every visit
Add a standing note to any property and your crew sees it on every visit there, so the gate code and the dog in the back yard are never a surprise.
Some details belong to the place, not the job: the gate code, where to park, the dog in the back yard, which entrance to use. FreshFSM now has a home for them.
What changed
Every property has a Property notes field, "Shown to crew on every visit." Write it once on the property and it appears for your crew on every visit to that address, on both the web dashboard and the mobile app. It shows up on the crew's route, in the visit view, and on the mobile visit screen.
Anyone on your team can add or update it, including crew in the field who just learned the gate code. It is a single running note per property, and it keeps a full history. If someone changes it, you can see who edited it and restore an earlier version with one tap.
Why it matters
New or filling-in crew get the same local knowledge your regulars have, without a phone call. The note travels with the property, so it is right there the next time anyone visits.
