Request deletion of your FreshFSM account and associated data
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your FreshFSM account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to services@freshfsm.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your FreshFSM account
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- Your personal information (name, email address, phone number)
- Location history data
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- Session data and authentication tokens
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, business, or regulatory purposes:
- Business records: Invoices, quotes, and job history may be retained by your employer or company as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes
- Anonymized analytics data: Aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for service improvement
- Communication logs: Records of SMS and email communications may be retained for a limited period as required by telecommunications regulations
Note for business owners: Deleting your personal account will not automatically delete your company's data or other team members' accounts. Please contact us to discuss data retention for business accounts.
